We are pleased to announce the Maven Genapp Plugin 2.1 release! http://maven.apache.org/maven-1.x/plugins/genapp/ A collection of example projects showing how to use maven in different situations =============================================================================== Changes in this version include: New Features: o Support of configuration files in the template starting with a dot (e.g. .cvsignore). o Add property maven.genapp.template.repository to support a user-defined location for own templates. This allows a CVS-based template management for a company. o Add property maven.genapp.template.user to support the user's account name in the filter with @USER@. The default value is the system property user.name. o Support user-defined parameters for filtering. Fixed bugs: o Fix usage of explicit template provided with the property maven.genapp.template.dir. Suppress question for template name, since it is implicit. o Fix usage of a comma-separated string as value for property maven.genapp.filter to define multiple files. Changes: o Update and improve documentation for properties. =============================================================================== To automatically install the plugin, type the following on a single line: maven plugin:download -Dmaven.repo.remote=http://repo1.maven.org/maven,http://people.apache.org/repo/m1-snapshot-repository/ -DgroupId=maven -DartifactId=maven-genapp-plugin -Dversion=2.1 For a manual installation, you can download the plugin here: http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/java-repository/maven/plugins/maven-genapp-plugin-2.1.jar Have fun! -The Maven Genapp Plugin development team
