Changes in this version include:

  Fixed bugs:

o pom:validatedoesn't work with <extend>. Fixes MPPOM-1. 
o pom:validatedoesn't work. Fixes MPPOM-5. 

  Changes:

o Update dependencies to match ones in maven 1.1 core and to unify them 
  between plugins. The following dependencies are updated : dom4j v1.4-dev-8 
  -> v1.4 maven v1.0 -> v1.0.2 Fixes MAVEN-1712.
