isClassifierValid

public static boolean isClassifierValid(String classifier)

Check if a classifier is valid or not.

Parameters:

classifier - The classifier which should be checked.

Returns:

true in case of a valid classifier false otherwise which includes the case where classifier is null.

hasClassifier

public static boolean hasClassifier(String classifier)

Check if the given classifier exists in the meaning of not being null and contain something else than only white spaces.

Parameters:

classifier - The classifier to be used.

Returns:

true in case when the given classifier is not null and contains something else than white spaces.

getJarFile

public static File getJarFile(File basedir,
                              String finalName,
                              String classifier)

Returns the Jar file to generate, based on an optional classifier.

Parameters:

basedir - the output directory

finalName - the name of the ear file

classifier - an optional classifier

Returns:

the file to generate
