The reverse-method is unescapeString(StringBuilder, CharSequence).

Escaping is done by encoding the non-nicely printable bytes to '\' + upperCaseHexBytes(byte).
A save length of out is len * 3 + outoff.
The reverse-method is unescapeBytes(byte[], String).
